I received the letter from the Court of Protection (COP) explaining that I needed to arrange surety. I used the online application to secure this with Marsh and only on completing it all I realised I’d added an extra person, completely my own doing! I was quite anxious about this as it relates to the care of my adult son with Learning disabilities. I called the help line and spoke to Debbie who, first of all understood instantly the issue and reassured me it was something she could fix. She was great, she not only fixed the issue, sent out the revised schedule in no time, but also contacted the COP correcting the error and ensuring that the order was not delayed in any way. The relief that it was fixed was great, but the fact it was done so with such speed, calmness and professionalism was amazing. At best I was hoping to correct it, wait for a new certificate and then have to deal with the COP, but Debbie did all that!! On top of all that she was friendly and understanding throughout. I was not only impressed but the my opinion of a firm I had heard little of was enhanced significantly.
