I had recently been advised that I required to have a Bond of Caution in place as part of the Guardianship renewal for my brother. I thought that this would be extremely difficult but could not believe how simple I found the process on the Marsh website. It was such a streamlined process to complete including making payment.
I feel both relieved that this is now in place to comply with the Guardianship Order and delighted at both the cost and the simplistic process.
