After a delay in the processing of a Bond of Caution, I contacted Marsh directly. My consultant was Paula Ann Vale. She was polite, patient and took time to ascertain why the Bond might have been delayed. She then acted immediately on my behalf, realising that a delay in the Bond would also mean a delay to my brother’s discharge from hospital and a delay in his “Care at Home” being progressed. She then got some missing information and document copies from myself and “fast tracked” the whole process. Within two days she had contacted me by telephone to tell me that the sizeable Bond had been approved and that she had also contacted the Office of the Public Guardian on my behalf to speed up the issue of a Guardianship Certificate.
